March Madness Betting: Getting to know the #1 seeds

The NCAA tournament has been announced and March Madness Betting is in full swing as the coveted number 1 seeds were announced yesterday. Today we take a look into the 4 teams that are expected to make it to the big dance in Indianapolis in April 4th for the Final Four.

  • The Duke Blue Devils were awarded the number 1 seed in the South and deservedly so. They have had a strong season displaying big potential to make a great tournament, edging out Gonzaga for the top spot n the South. They have the offensive power to go blow for blow with any other team, but they lack more defensive presence. Should they hope to make a splash in the tournament they will need for their offensive weapons to be on point all through March Madness Betting.

  • In the East, Villanova have been playing some awesome basketball and are the best Wildcat team, besides Kentucky that is. The have not lost a game since January 19th, and this team is gunning to make it to the finals and steal the show from “tougher” teams in College Hoops elite. Villanova is aiming for a historic showing this tournament.

  • The Wisconsin Badgers have not gathered too much attention, but they truly deserve their number 1 seed in the West. Edging out Arizona for that top spot the Badgers have the experience to make it once more to the Final Four and make it big. Their frontcourt with Frank Kaminsky, Nigel Hayes and Sam Dekker are perhaps the most effective and feared offense in the entire tournament.

  • The unbeaten Kentucky Wildcats are the team to beat in this tournament, period. Following the footsteps of the untouchables, this Kentucky squad is aiming on becoming “The Unbeatables”. This team has been frankly unbelievable on both sides of the court. You’d be crazy to bet against them during March Madness Betting. If they stay healthy, play like they have had all season long, there is really no reason why they will not win the National Championship. However, the beauty of the NCAA tournament is its unpredictability.
