Tonight NHL Hockey Chicago Blackhawks at San Jose Sharks

NHL Betting and NHL odds for Playoff games with the Blackhawks at the Sharks and Blackhawks lead the present series 1-0. This is a series matchup of two of the top seeded teams in the Western Conference with anticipated rapid skating and with a lot of chances at goal. The Blackhawks defensive  man Brian Campbell was booed and yelled at constantly which has happened on most  occasions since he left the Sharks and signed with the Blackhawks before last regular season when he became a free agent.

During the regular season the Blackhawks only permitted 25.1 shots made against them per game, but that was different in game one as they allowed the Sharks 45 shots at their goalie. One of the main differences in the Blackhawks this season has to be credited to the outstanding job of Dale Tallon who led the drafting and signing/acquiring 16 of the 20 Blackhawks that participated in the winning of game one or this series. Tallon was recently hired as the General Manager of the Florida Panthers.  After game two Tuesday night the series moves to Chicago where the fans are also avid hockey fans who tend to be great NHL betting fans and may times the home rink and fan atmosphere can have a outcome on a close matchup!

In this series the Blackhawk fans think their team is tougher and more experience team that is well structured for the playoffs and they expect them to win.  On the other side of the rink the Sharks have a team that if all are healthy, they can make this series go the distance and that will show some change in the NHL betting lines.

In this game the Blackhawks are favored as it is estimated that they will have 34 shots at goal compared to the estimated 32 shots at goal by the Blackhawks which would give them a 2 goal advantage if that’s the case. This would certainly have a serious effect for the NBA betting fans and NBA odds wherever posted.  Actually the Blackhawks are almost 53 percent favorites to win this second game, and it also appears that the Sharks have the advantage on the SAVE percentages.

The Odds Makers have the lines at present for the Sharks are  -1 ½ (+205) and the Blackhawks  +1 ½(-245)  and  the Total –Over 5 ½  (-115) the Under 5 ½  (-105)  and the Sharks  are -140 and the Blackhawks are +120  on the Money Line.
